Refunds, Return & Exchange Policy

All garments are made to order in your selected size. We strongly recommend referring to our size chart or contacting our customer care team for assistance before placing your order.

Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer refunds. Any approved returns will be issued only in the form of a credit note or gift card.


SIZE EXCHANGE

Size exchanges are permitted only if the requested size is available. If the required size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed.

All courier charges for size exchange (both to and from) will be borne by the customer.


QUALITY CONCERNS

If you receive a product with a genuine quality issue, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a credit note or gift card.

All products undergo multiple levels of quality checks prior to dispatch.


SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All sale or discounted merchandise is final.

No exchanges, returns, or refunds are permitted on sale items.
